## Subscription Policies

Annual Plan (Recommended): Enjoy 30% savings compared to monthly billing with a single upfront payment. This option provides full feature access for 365 days without automatic renewal.

Monthly Plan: Monthly subscription requires manual renewal each month. If payment fails due to account issues (e.g., insufficient funds), your account will automatically switch to the free plan in the next billing cycle.

## Plan Upgrade Policies

Upgrade your subscription through the @ or @@:

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, both old and new subscriptions will coexist, with credits valid within their respective subscription periods.

For annual plans: Remaining credits from the previous plan remain valid. For monthly plans: Credits are valid within their respective subscription periods.

## Cancellation Policies

For first-time purchases within 24 hours, users are required to bear a handling fee, which ranges from approximately 5% to 8%. The fee consists of three components.

First payment refers to original purchase (excludes renewals/upgrades):

Auto-renewed monthly plans can't be refunded within 24 hours - cancel instead.
