Can I cancel my subscription?

Annual Plan Users: No cancellation required as subscriptions don't auto-renew annually.
Monthly Plan Users: Cancel anytime via workspace "Subscriptions" with no penalties. Service continues through current billing cycle. Important: All stored VideoSeek data remains accessible post-cancellation.

Technical failures caused by our systems.
For first-time purchases within 24 hours, users are required to bear a handling fee, which ranges from approximately 5% to 8%. The fee consists of three components(See the relevant instructions for details)

Does the annual plan auto-renew?

No. Annual subscriptions expire automatically at term end without renewal charges.

Do monthly subscriptions auto-renew?

Monthly subscriptions require manual renewal each month. If payment fails due to account issues (e.g., insufficient funds), your account will automatically switch to the free plan in the next billing cycle.

How to upgrade my plan?

Access upgrades through Pricing page or workspace "Subscriptions"

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, both old and new subscriptions will coexist, with credits valid within their respective subscription periods.

For annual plans: Remaining credits from the previous plan remain valid. For monthly plans: Credits are valid within their respective subscription periods.
